TERMS OF PAYMENT:
The selected Consultant would be paid their Management Fees as under:
- On submission of viability report to HCI……… 15%
- On preliminary short listing of eligible parties….. 25%
- On submission of evaluation report of parties
whose financial bids are required to be opened….. 25%
- Finalisation of Agreement with the final selected party ………. 25%
- On Signing of the Agreement with the successful Bidder 10%
EXIT CLAUSE:
- The Client reserves the right to terminate this agreement at any time if it finds the consultant's service to be unsatisfactory or if the assignment is delayed beyond the period of 10 weeks, except if such delay is due to any reason attributable to the client or a third party, by giving 15 days notice.
- Time is the essence of this agreement. Unless both the parties have mutually agreed for an extension, the contracts stands automatically terminated on its expiry date and no notice of termination will be required.
FORCE MAJEUR:
HCI will be exempt from obligations/liabilities in case of any change in government policies, Court orders of any kind.
