Hotel Corporation of India Limited (HCI), a wholly owned subsidiary of Air India Limited invites bids for appointing a consultant (preferably individuals) for selecting parties for running its two units on Management Contract viz; Chefair Flight Catering Mumbai (CFCM) and Centaur Lake View Hotel, Srinagar (CLVH) for minimum period of not more than 30 years.  Interested party may visit the website of HCI www.centaurhotels.com or Air India www.airindia.in for detailed terms of reference/scope of work and Tender Document and apply on or before the extended date 22.05.2007. Consultants who have rendered services of similar nature preferably for Hotels/Flight Kitchen of government agencies/PSU’s/reputed organizations during the last ten years ending 31 March 2007 need only apply in a two bid system as indicated in General Terms & Conditions of Contract.
